....an update on this lil lady's life.
Coming back from a little vacae always strikes a reason to have a low key, chill day at home. Especially after the whirlwind of yourself plus 25 other Key Wester's in New Orleans! It's like Duval St on crack (and A LOT dirtier). We totally indulged in the touristy thing our first day there...Bourbon St, Hand Grenades, PoBoys...you know. The following days got a bit classier as they passed, hitting Frenchman St, the casino, aquarium. Watched some live music, had lunch at Cochon, and topped our last night off with dinner at Commander's Palace. I had a list a mile long of recommendations from friends and I don't think I hit one of them. But that's to be expected when your trying to coordinate with a million people. Maybe some day we'll go back and try again...but I think it may be awhile. Those NOLA folks certainly didn't possess the kindness and gratitude we are used to down here in Key West.

It's definitely known that we are no strangers to living life in flip flops and a bikini, which is most likely why Kenny chose to do a lot of the filming for "Pirate Flag" down here in the Florida Keys. Along with that, we also did some shooting for his upcoming documentary for GAC. It was a great project to be a part of....very proud!
'Acoustic Pirate Flag'.....
Behind the scenes! Some great memories came out of that week. It's always a treat having those guys in town.

Here's a little of KC's life on the road to life on a rock. You'll see some footage of Yours Truly hidden in there somewhere...
